Come on people's!!! This thread used to be rockin'! A bit hyper today as trying to drink more water and less diet pepsi as not getting anywhere fast with being good so want to cut down on the asparatame and see if it makes a difference.

I haven't ran since last Monday. My leg is feeling a bit worse for wear and I'm in baby prep mode. There is nappies everywhere and I've been decorating, setting up the cot, preparing room, drawers, wardrobes. Hoping I'll get back on track this week but head is firmly up my backside at the moment

I keep on being good and then going off again. I feel so much better when I eat healthily and exercise more so no idea why I keep on going off it. I do know the answer in my case it is purely laziness, lethargy and gluttony :wall: I need mega nagging so now just having my milkshake with a banana and raspberries. It's the next 3 days I'm going for meals out but nothing to stop me eating healthily throughout the day. Thanks for the motivation Moggers o/

Remember your water, goodness I've seen a difference with increasing my water already, less bloated this morning and looks like a bit of weight (water) off too. Was relying on diet drinks which I know are bad but just drinking far too much of them as they are my only source of caffeine and my only vice now.

You can do it Diane!! And alameals, you've got a pass for just now :D we'll need to see pictures of this wee baby though!! Matzo herb crackers are yummy, £1 in Asda and only 18 calories and the new flavoured crispbread is ok too. The weather is turning so what about some porridge to start your day?

Yikes I take it that I'm one of the bogger offers :shifty: Just got in from a course with a Chinese buffet, I could pretend that I have a physical job hence needed the extra calories but I did go 10 pin bowling last night before Bella Italia so have exercised of a fashion. At least you are being a good woman Moggers. I am off work tomorrow afternoon and was supposed to be meeting a friend for lunch but as she has gastric flu it's been postponed hence I have time for a good long walk come rain or shine I will do it. Moggers we will be good together and we will have to get the others back on track. Be good everyone.

Still off work with achilles tendonitis, can't believe foot /ankle are still still swollen. Got to stay off my foot and rest it, got an appointment with the podiatrist 23rd December. So only been out for short hobbles on crutches, luckily some cinemas are close to carparks. Ashamed to say that my weight has gone up, I can tell by the state of my waist :tears: . My excuse is that OH is plying me with tea and food but I've no opportunity to work it off.
However, he is off to Borneo on tuesday and I will have to fend for myself, so I can work on smaller portions and salad. First to go will be cooked breakfast!!

If anyone knows of exercises I can do sitting down with one foot on a coffee table, I would be greatful
