Just got the leg of lamb in the oven for a slow 7 hour cook. Round 2 of feed the families tomorrow. Just the parsnips to peel and my prep is done. I love lamb.

Just said goodbye to the last of the family visitors. The lamb was fab just fell off the bone. So tasty. Martini in hand and a fire glowing just what I need. C heers

I've been working today. Been upto the hospital doing my work thang. So many
Peeps stuck in there over xmas. Must have been yucky, especially the Christmas dinner......(apologies to any hospital cooks)

I was supposed to go to work today but didn't managed to get up :oops: I'm now putting some new DVD's on my database, and watching old stuff on my Sky Drive. I'll got to work on Monday instead o/
