So only been out for short hobbles on crutches, luckily some cinemas are close to carparks. Ashamed to say that my weight has gone up, I can tell by the state of my waist

. My excuse is that OH is plying me with tea and food but I've no opportunity to work it off.
However, he is off to Borneo on tuesday and I will have to fend for myself, so I can work on smaller portions and salad. First to go will be cooked breakfast!!
If anyone knows of exercises I can do sitting down with one foot on a coffee table, I would be greatful
When he comes back, I'll do you a favour, I'll let him stay at mine and he can do me a cooked brekkie EVERY DAY!

Ha Ha. Be careful what you wish for, I used to be about 9st, then I met him, OH. I swear my weight went up as he cooked curries with coconut cream or tinned coconut milk and chinese dishes with different kinds of rice and side dishes. His repertoire has since expanded, as has me.

Well what can I say

Going back out again shortly to work, having a pre Christmas get together tomorrow evening which will involve mince pies with school friends, working 8 until 7pm on Friday but going out for lunch for friend's birthday, Durham on Saturday with akh43 and steve but on Sunday I am going walking in the peak district (before lunch at my friend's) and then out for a carvery on Monday afternoon (does it sound better if I say work colleagues rather than my friends who I happen to work with?).

I don't understand why I am not losing weight

Thought it useful to share this on this thread.
On Health Freaks last night a woman claimed mixing honey with cider vinegar helped her arthritis. The experts, after asking her a few key questions, determined it was her change in lifestyle (swimming + change in diet = weight loss) that had relieved her sypmtoms.

I'm assuming this is for the journey there but hope you have also considered the long journey home and have suitable provisions planned.
