    Well that was fun. And what a great turnout! Even a FMUK baby turned up! Lots of books, DVDs and other stuff was being swapped or given away and we had a few comp winners as well. We came with a trolley full of stuff and left with a trolley full of other stuff. Lovely to see everyone and meet so many new faces. Thanks for coming along everybody, and let's do this again!

    OH's confused.com-ment when asked how he enjoyed the meet was "That was a smashing film, that was!" :confused:

    FMUKCON 2013 was a stonkin' success. Huge thanks to the wonderful pxc and Diane for all the organising. Better start planning the next one!

    Pity I missed all the action but managed to catch up with Beate as I was going up the escalator at St Paul's. Glad everybody had a great time!

    Phenomenal time. Excellent day out that helped humanise alot of people that i previously pictured as trolls with a laptop. Was initially intimidated that alot of people knew eachother already but everyone was curtious and accommodating of eachother and were more than happy to indoctrinate me into their social circles, which made for an epic social gathering. Some of the most non-cinema fun i've had in a while

    Congrats to the organisers, thanks to everyone who put up with me. If you are eager to get your hands on my snapshots of you, or if you have any shots with me in them, send me a PM. Would love to get my hands on me

    Yes it was a slightly surreal meeting on the St Paul's tube escalators. I pressed my remaining books on her, LOL.

    This was wonderful! I had a great time meeting everyone, so nice to finally put a face to many of the names and you're all so lovely ^_^ Sorry I had to leave early (I'm sure I could've chatted to you all for many more hours, but the theatre was calling my name!) but I hope you all made sure to grab the books/DVDs/merchandise I left behind. Forgot to take out my camera during the event (too busy chatting!) so if any of you have photos with me on it, please drop me a PM? Thanks.
