I thought 21% was really quite high still as a friend of mine is at 8% but come to think of it he's pretty thin. I think ii shall re - evaluate what I'm looking at. I am male, 6'2" I used to have a fairly thin frame but meds put 5st on me over several years. It went on round my lower abdomen and my face. It's nearly gone from my face but my abdomen still looks pretty big. I was thinking from my size there I could lose another 5% and look pretty normal. Thinking about it thats reallyabout as much as I need to lose :-) I am over time going to try and get mega fit as I got a major shock being so heavy and so unfit that I struggled to stay on my feet while waiting at a bus stop for over a few minutes. Its just been in the last 6 months that I've started to notice a difference in my fitness and the weight as I've mentioned is slowly dropping off. But now it takes extra gym/running sessions for any weight to come off. I can't eat less but maybe a little extra sugar trimming out of my diet could be done :-) :-)
It's a completely different ball game when you have put it on through medication as say you were on steroids it is renowned for making people put on weight on your face and abdomen plus your vital organs plus if it was high doses it could have caused your type one diabetes and insulin again is also renowned for weight storage around your abdomen so no wonder it was hard work staying on your feet when you have it all in one place rather than like myself all over the place due to gluttony and laziness (mainly the eating

) like its easier to carry a large backpack rather than one heavy bag on one arm. I'm not suggested that you have been on steroids but it is one of a few that do lead to weight gain so just hypothetical. I really do admire you for your strength of body and mind to get yourself to peak fitness and shape especially when medication induced weight gain is not necessarily where your body would store weight anyway. Maybe specific exercises for your stomach would be better as you are doing so much exercise anyway that I can't see how you can fit anymore in - One of the fitness experts on here will have ideas re spot exercises. You're doing absolutely brilliant.
On another note I'm not sure if curves are good on a man

The above is basically saying you're a star and I respect your hard work.

Meals at night were not so good either as I can't be bothered cooking from scratch when I don't get home until 6pm. Hubby can't cook - or won't try so ended up with fish and chips one night! AND - a collegue brought in a Krispy Kreme doughnut for everyone - so kind of her so couldn't say no!!!
Reading it I think I was lucky to lose a pound and not gain!!
Got soaked to the skin coming home last night as the weather was horrendous here. Hoping to get swimming and walking this coming week.
Well done Biggins that is just brilliant especially after working full time

I too wouldn't have the heart to say no if someone had b*ght me the doughnut - It was only last week that I drank a whole mug of fresh cream with a bit of coffee added to be polite
