What a great day it has been. Really nice to meet everyone and put faces to names. A big thanks to everyone involved in the organising of the event. I know a lot of people were disappointed that I didn't turn up in my leotard, as mentioned this was due to a costume malfunction. I will put one on my Xmas list so maybe next year.

I'd like to thank everyone for a wonderful day and Jeanelle for my card. PXC can set a brisk walking pace, but if I knew where we were going and wasn't carrying so much, I could have left her for dust. :D I'm still staring at my cup cake wondering when I should eat it. I'm thinking tomorrow as its rather late now.

It was nice to meet so many people and I think there was talk of the next one being in Manchester so that the Scottish contingent stands a chance of coming. It will be nice to meet them also.
So glad to hear you got your train, I was getting a bit worried with the time, I thought you left it a bit close! ;)
Yes, I know what you mean, I had the advantage of knowing London like the back of my hand, and I wanted to make sure everyone got as much in as we could, before they left for home. :P :P
Those cakes looked amazing.
Yes, halfway house for next year is a good suggestion!

@Sunny Saver - she was so, so cute!
@eumenides - look forward to your fancy dress.
@steve - I think you will look good in a leotard. :P
@asamaic - yes, cliveas t-shirt was something, hmm, next year! ;)

Well I can only agree with all that has been said. I thought it was a great gathering and so happy to meet so many people. How wonderful that so many people came from so far--we Londoners were very grateful to all of you. Thanks to pxc and Diane65 and jeanelle for all their hard work in organising it all so well. And I finally got to thank a vast number of people who have been so kind in offering tickets to us so often. We are very grateful and the generosity of spirit on FMUK never ceases to amaze me.

Well I had bloody good time! Great to see see you all, sorry I seemed to have just missed Canadian_turtle and Funthing (I got the book btw ;)

Although you were all lovely to meet and have adventures with on route to the cartoon museum but I am sorry you were all outshined by the awesomely cute KNIGHT BABY. Man, did she steel the show, and when PXC started snapping pictures of her, she was literally striking the pose! Future superstar in the making, right there.

Well done to Diane and PXC for organising this incredible get together with folks from Coventry, Leeds, Nottingham, Manchester, Birmingham and the native Londoners. Sorry I missed the Kensington tour earlier.

And thank you Andrews for giving me the opportunity to be a married man for the first time in my life, I rather liked the role...I might like to add that to my list of growing hobbies, although I have a feeling that might take the greatest effort to achieve, huh?

Fun day fun day...I went to the gym afterwards followed by a scifi movie but the highlight was certainly meeting and chatting with y'all

Hope you all made it safely home and put your feet up after your long day out.

Oh and who ever lucky dipped the Swiss exercise ball and pump, make good use of it and let me know if you need a program for it as I realise I forgot to include the booklet of exercises that comes with it. I'll scan it and email to you :)
My film reviews here . ......My FMUK 2014 ratings.......My FMUK 2011 ratings.......My FMUK 2013 ratings . ......My FMUK 2012 ratings .

Do you have a VR headset? If so, maybe we can play a physical sports game or even be sports/fitness partners, hit me up if you keen.

Excellent day out that helped humanise alot of people that i previously pictured as trolls with a laptop.
Was I one of them? ;)

Had a wonderful time! And strangely ended up leaving with more stuff than I brought! Inherited 3 books, fix it felix alarm clock with I used this morning, hehe! and lots of other bits and bobs!
ak43 will be happy to know the chocolate has gone already. I ate my red velvet cake with some ben n jerrys last night as soon as I got in(had a lot of hassle with buses, was waiting for an hour and a half!). and my best mate loves the idea of a huge End of Watch poster on her wall :P

Had so much fun, loved seeing everyone, putting pretty much everyones faces with the names!
Im still not going to forget jordsmum pouncing on me at the train station? Rawr? Rawr? :giggle: and the weather was amazing!

Can't wait for next year's o/

I did want to ask, did anyone meet the potential love of their life? The next meet up could be the first FMUK wedding :).
