yes I did after pcx replied and then they replied saying to resend the DM with my email and now still waiting again... I think I'll ask for their email soon in case hotmail is blocking it for some reason. It's just odd because we had a DM convo over changing the prize as soon as I won but didn't get an email, I just thought the emails wouldn't come till after the bank hols were over.

Just seems the usual story of a struggle to actually receive a prize once won. Has anyone actually received their tix or cider then?

I've dm'ed them again for the last lot of fumbles, when I won tickets.

I've never actually received an email from them, but have spoken to them over DM! (they have replied back to my DMs)

They DMed for the first fumbling session and now they have communicated via email for the second batch of winners.

I haven't received my prize from the beginning of May.

They also told me that they are not able to swap prizes.

Depends what you were trying to swap, I looked them up and latitude tickets are something like £75 each so getting some cider or vue vouchers (or both) seems a good deal for them to make a swap. As I said probably someone in their office will go if they didn't throw them back into the pot. ;)
