I also got my ticket vouchers today. Prettyxcool, I suggest you send a copy of your original email back to them and add that you still haven't heard from them about tickets in compensation. I also didn't get an answer from my first email but wrote as if I had.

I gave my address but had given up hope of anything arriving but I will contact them again if nothing arrives tomorrow.

My feeling is they never sent any out in the first place, hoping we'd all be too polite to complain again. I just got two in the post as well, and okay you can't use them in central London, but Odeons in Camden, Swiss Cottage, Holloway, Wimbledon and Surrey Quays are still not that far to travel.
