I saw this on Monday at Islington Vue. Awful...just awful. Enough said.

got the tickets last minute through First4films... It actually said on the website that he'd be there for that particular screening, and as I knew he was I the country I figured what the hell!

I didn't think that I would but I actually quite enjoyed this, some funny moments and good performances from James Marsden and Danny Glover. I saw it at the Odeon, Leicester Square last night, where Chris Rock appeared to present the film - on stage only long enough for a few words and a few picures though.

6/10

I saw the film at Croydon Grants on Monday. I have to say that it was a good film with at least two 11/10 moments. I have now managed to get a copy of the UK original movie and will give it a watch over the weekend.

I watched this last night at Birmingham Broad Street.

We thought it was quite funny - quite enjoyed it. Went there with quite low hopes and were pleasantly surprised.
Found bits of it really funny, didn't seem overly long either which means it must of been ok - I wasn't bored!!

7/10 from me :)

I was sat just behind the stairs that led you up and out in to the cinema.

Thought the atmosphere was good. Seeing Chris Rock was nice, cracked a few jokes as well.

Was a good film; guy on acid really made it for me. A fair bit was predictable, but still a good film. 7/10 from me.

Some harsh critics here! I felt the film was hilarious and had me laughing out loud most of the way through.

I will say however, 'that' bathroom scene has etched a truley awful permanent memory in my head which i will take to the grave (excuse the pun)

8/10 from me

I saw this on Monday night at Cineworld, Middlesbrough. The place was packed, and the manager came in to ask people to move along the rows to let others in. Uncharacteristically, there were no trailers, which I was pleased about because it was like a sauna in there.
I don't have a great deal to add to what many of the previous posters have written. I have not seen the original. I felt it was flat in places, funny in others, and once or twice, hysterical. A liitle uneven.
James Marsden was especially funny, and Danny Glover was very good too, but they had a lot of good lines. Sharper scriptwriting would have improved the other performances.

Anyway, there was enough to chuckle at - 6/10 from me.

I thought this film was OK - I thought it was quite funny but I'm not sure I would have enjoyed it as much if i was watching it on DVD. (7/10)

5/10 from us - my DH enjoyed it more than I did. It was okay - a few laughs - though not something I would recommend too highly - kind of 'okay if it is on' type thing. A couple in front of us found it completely hysterical though. They laughed so much and so loudly - I have never actually seen people be quite that uninhibited watching something out at the cinema! I think the rest of the audience may have been slightly put off laughing at all but the best bits by how OTT this one couple were.

So each to their own - I had not seen the original so can't compare the two. I did enjoy this one more than Hot Tub Time Machine - but I guess that isn't saying much.

An okay night out.
