Well done Diane :D - that's one pound closer to our target weight for both of us this week. o/

:cheer: :cheer:

At Zumba, I was even worse this morning than I was last week. Naively, I thought I may have improved, but sadly it's become obvious to me that I have no aptitude for any form of dancing. I so wanted to be good (or at least competent) at this. :crying: :wall:

I'm not giving up though, because even my uncoordinated shambling around the floor is good exercise, even if it looks abysmal and puts all the others off ;) Thankfully there's been no real hostility to me yet but I'm aware that no-one wants to dance behind me. :(

A few kind (yet delusional) ladies have told me that I will get better. :shifty: Paah, time will tell.

It's Studio Cycling and Yoga classes for me tomorrow along with my regular Wednesday badminton and gym slot.

Be good everyone! :D

Well done to Diane and Preston on those steady weight losses. Obviously the zumba/gym thing is working now that the hedge cutting has been accomplished. And I read with amazement when Diane posts at 7.30 am and talks about it being nice to have a late start at work -- of course had that been me and I had a late start I would have slept in. But not our Diane, she is up early as always no doubt cooking up some more chutney to send northwards to zumba aficiandos! As I have said before, she accomplishes more in a day than I do in a month. Well done to both of you!

Asamaic, hope you are now happily installed your new place and you have a bit of free time to get on with that healthy cooking and eating.

Nice to join jojojoanne with this cheerleading! I really am not fit to even read this topic much less write anything as I spent the afternoon making a cake (long overdue for son's birthday some time back). It is pretty delicious -- applesauce cake made with our own apples and with wicked butter cream icing. Too good.

Well Done for maintaining ClareBarr o/

Happy to report that "Zumba Boy" has somehow racked up another 2 pounds loss this week. Remarkable, considering my weekend trip to the Lakes, with associated hotel food and on one of the days, a :shifty: Crown Carvery or Toby Inns (I forget which one it was) All you can eat cooked breakfast buffet". :nono:

Good Luck to anyone else who has a weighday today o/ Surely, I can't be the only one  ...........Can I ? 8O
