I went to see Mrs Henderson Presents last week too. I was in Stalls Row C which is actually the front row. They provide booster seats upon request, which I needed as you have to look up to the stage from the front row. Enjoyable musical, but the score was not particularly memorable 5/10.

I also went to see Sunny Afternoon recently and thought it was an excellent musical, especially being a fan of The Kinks. I saw it before, but this time with the new cast and it's just as good. At the end they get everyone up and dancing! 10/10

did the Great Gatsby, which wasn't great!

It was ok, I think I have been spoilt by several west end productions and environs recently so the Ashcroft felt a bit like a school stage. Its an ok show but lacked some bite of those up the road.
fav 5 films of the year - Tenet, Bill n Ted 3, Invisible Man, JoJo Rabbit, ?

I hate sitting too near the front of stalls as well, since when the actors tries to project their voice, you get spit on! :D

I enjoyed Sunny Afternoon too, but saw this a while ago, so with a new cast, maybe have to go again! o/
Here was my review back then! ;)

Peter Andre - Swing at the O2- must be the worse 'thing' I have ever seen!

We left before half time (no swing before this and the Happy(Pharell) cover was shit) he gave a 'taster' of what was to come, swing wise, but ..... Well it was absolutely awful.

Believe me, you certainly did not!

I actually felt embarrassed for him, words fail me.

Would appreciate knowing how to find out about understudy rehearsals in London. Are they still being done?

Understudy performances or dress rehearsals? Both are very necessary and are undoubtedly "still being done". Public dress rehearsals would normally be advertised by the theatre whereas understudy performances would most likely be advertised possibly by the company, but mainly by the performers themselves. Unfortunately the old Facebook group for the latter is no more, presumably due to the problems with some theatres demanding fees.

Phew, it would have been a double whammy for me if I went, after Disorder in the morning! Luckily, could not go after all. Otherwise a totally wasted day! :nono:

Thank you. Now I know.
