£3 on the thunderball..... not so unusual you might say. however I actually found the ticket on my seat when I got on the bus last night o/


UPDATE: I was a fool and greedy, and blew all my winnings on more lottery tickets....why oh why, I knew I should have b*ght a £3 subway lunch

I am not the winner in this case but OH - he entered a raffle at work and has staggered home with a huge hamper stuffed with all sorts of tempting edible goodies, including several types of fancy chocolate. Even worse, he has opened it and gone away, leaving it on the kitchen floor, which is horribly risky... I'd love to know how Montezuma's Giant Chocolate Buttons and Great British Spotted Dick Pudding Bars taste!

The only fisticuffs in our household, fortunately, would be verbal, and even then I know I would lose as OH grew up in a family which seemed to regard arguing as a legitimate pastime, whereas in mine, answering back was a cardinal sin. So I resorted to removing myself from the room. Shame I couldn't eat some and blame it on someone else, but there is no other possible culprit, unless we have a poltergeist...
