The questions/qualification is equivalent to a higher grade GCSE so imagine it will be similar stuff as to what you'll have to answer, the practice papers are multiple choice and you get a set time to complete them, it will then give you the result at the end and if you got a question wrong it gives you a quite detailed breakdown of how to get to the correct answer.

AS some of you are students maybe this could be interesting for you. Just received it on Twitter, but am not sure what/whether they p*y. It looks as if they definitely cover travel and expenses and possibly offer jobs in the future ...?!?!

LONDON STUDENT INSTITUTE

June 19-20, 2011

We are looking for smart, savvy and entrepreneurial university students to participate in a nine-month program, running from June 2011 to February 2012. The Program begins with the Global Zero London Institute this coming June, where you will represent a growing youth-led movement for the elimination of nuclear weapons worldwide.

During the London Institute you will participate in workshops on student organizing and strategic planning, receive policy training, introduce your projects and connect with fellow students and the Global Zero team. After the Institute you will attend the 3rd Global Zero Summit, where 100 eminent world leaders will come together to launch Global Zero’s three-year campaign, which aims to bring all nuclear weapon countries to the table to negotiate multilateral nuclear arms reductions for the first time in history.

Family Learning is something the schools in my area run but I think its done elsewhere in the country, both primary & secondary, you sign up to a 16 week course for a morning or afternoon to go into to school, first hour you spend brushing up on either numeracy or literacy and also shown the methods which are currently being used in class, some of which were very different to how I was taught, the second hour the children come out of class and there is a structured activity for you to work on with your child which will be fun but also to help them learn, for example to help them measure and learn distances they had those little balloon cars and had to blow the balloons up let them go, racing each other, then measure how far the cars went. I was a bit worried about my son coming out of class but the teacher assured me they always arrange it during a free learning session and he really benefited from it.

At the end of the 16 weeks the parents are offered the chance to take either a level 1 or 2 numeracy or literacy exam depending on the course they have been taking, I think the main idea behind it is to ensure the parents are equipped to support their children with their homework and also help them get back into work now their children are at school.

Well done on the first part of your test ariuf!
Preferred Cinema's now Paignton or Exeter!

Does anyone please have any experience of using a professional CV-writing service, either in London/the south-east or a national company?

Thank you for this, Havingascreen - I will have a look and see if it's what my colleague needs. Might be useful for me, too!

As if I actually got a job interview at McDonalds, but the lazy shit who sent the email forgot to enter any details in.
So I'm aware that I have an interview, but have no idea where, and have no contact number to find out.
