Re: Date Night
I saw this yesterday at Holloway Odeon. I'm a big fan of both Steve Carell and Tina Fey, so I was really looking forward to this. As others already said, the film starts off a slow (I was even thinking, "I'm really going to be disappointed with this movie") but after a while it gets much better. Our corner of the room was laughing a lot at one point. Just what I needed yesterday to relax. 8/10

Re: Date Night
Saw this in Edinburgh last night.
Who was the SFF promotion in conjunction with for 12th as it was a REALLY different crowd from normal who were there?
It did start off a bit slow as others have said and I thought the reviews were going to be right and it was only going to be 2* and I'd be left disappointed but it didn't last and it rapidly improved. We and many others were laughing out loud at many bits and the improv lines added to it greatly. I really enjoyed it so 8.5/10 from me too.
The best laugh - the credits at the end - there was a person employed as "Mr Wahlberg's wardrobe designer" or some such term. I laughed out loud - for those who've seen the film you'll realise why I laughed!

Re: Date Night
Saw this last night and loved it. I'm a big fan of both Steve Carell and Tina Fey so was a bit surprised when it was going slowly, but once it got going I was rolling with laughter. The cameos were fantastic, especially JB Smoove (Leon from Curb) and James Franco. I just showed my gf Heat the other night so she could appreciate the reference Franco made and is it coincidence that William Fichtner was in both this film and Heat?
But yeah, a really fun film that's over before you know it. And Mark Wahlberg cracks me up, even if his pecks made me want to cry too. 8/10

Re: Date Night
has anyone that had 30th march tickets been sent links to a new ticket or are we supposed to try to get them through a code?
I replied as soon as I got that change of date email but had nothing back and the old ticket link still says 30th March.
