I was a little doubtful about the authenticity of the filming at times - especially the discussions about whether to continue filming or not. I felt very sorry for the woman overall and hope life has improved for her. Wasn't it funny when her husband said that when she brought up about how her life was not quite as she hoped he told her "Well you can't have everything in life"!
