Please can someone remind me in the last week of September that Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D will be on Channel 4 on September 27th so I can record it. Thank you

Arrrrghhhhhh!

Just signed up to Netflix to watch the 'final' episodes of Breaking Bad (all great so far) and found out there's 3 more episodes than I thought which aren't available yet!!!! 8O

I'll now have to wait until they're broadcast, how old fashioned.

I'm getting a bit confused with the never-ending repeats of programmes on multiple channels, so can someone tell me if:

1) there is a Season 3 of Falling Skies

2) have I missed it, or where is it?

Thanks.

1. Yes there is a season 3 of Falling Skies (and a fourth has been commissioned)
2. It aired through July & August on FX in the UK. I think they're about to go through repeating it, but if not I think it's on the Sky Box Sets.

trying to work through Blackout.

hmmm so the idea is that if theres a National power outage, everyone will start using remaining power to record Vlogs/Blogs. Kind of a dumb premise, are we really a nation of idiots? Putting aside that obvious stupidland label, it flows quite well in a trendy Channel 4 kind of way, will watch 2nd half tomorrow. I'm not even going down the road of the actual impossibility of a week long power outage.

Started White Queen. Its gorgeously shot and well cast and even better acted, but suffers from what appears to be the bounds constrained by it being true story. The other problem is that royal family epics with corresponding lofty noble music whenever the royals prance around is outdated these days - royals aren't noble, they are the opposite. It seems an injustice and stupid that people are expected to commit an interest to characters who spent enough of other peoples money and criminally spilled enough blood to warrant mass murder tags.

So its pleasing on the eye, but it will never be the equal of a Game of Thrones that it wants to be (largely because GoT portrays royals as they are, a bunch of inbred lunatics, rather than as a 20th century picture history book wants us to believe they are). Its a flawed work, or its a piece of work that really should have been released in the 1970s when it would have bloomed.

White Queen also packs in a LOT of material even in ten minutes. The material could easily have filled 2 seasons more comfortably. It feels way to crammed.
fav 5 films of the year - Tenet, Bill n Ted 3, Invisible Man, JoJo Rabbit, ?

I'm so excited about the new series of Downton Abbey starting tomorrow and I'm sure that Andrews, MrD and Betty Botter will also be glued to the screens. I just love the programme but will be missing Cousin Matthew (obviously for his acting skills not just his dashing good looks  ).
