This blockbuster truly delivers on thrills and stunts whilst also managing to have the right dose of humour. As usual, the franchise is the perfect vehicle to show Cruise's physical ability (despite his age!). Glad they showed it in the superscreen at the 02. Will definitely see it again next Tuesday.

Just seen this in covent garden and saw ejwrank and Jeancomp. Nice meeting you both.

Wow ! What a film. Wish I'd seen this at the IMAX as the stunts and special effects were fantastic. Tom cruise was great (though am biased as fancy him) and still can't believe he did his own stunts.
Film kept me on my toes and delivered. Now hoping for mission impossible 5.

Wow! Totally action packed . . . . no chance of a sleep during MI! I really enjoyed the film and "just went with it". Laughed when bag taken off Tom Cruise's head and hair was totally coiffured! :bwl:
Cinema was approx 85% full which is disappointing as all tickets allocated and I know people who applied and did not get any.
Also, big thrill :j . . . . we got free popcorn  . . . . 1st time for a while we've had anything free!
Preferred cinemas: Best: Glasgow Quay, Glasgow Braehead, Glasgow Renfield Street, Glasgow Fort & Paisley
Others I'd go to: Glasgow Showcase Baillieston

Films already booked for:

Hope to get tickets for: Every film if they come to my preferred cinemas

This was really good fun, with clever stunts, some thrilling escapes and fantastic gadgets and gizmos. Would love to have seen it at the IMAX. Tom Cruise is looking good for his age. Maybe I will have to forgive him for playing Jack Reacher when that comes out.

Great to see tilly, ejwrank and cliveas, always a bonus to meet the FMUKers.

Just back from Glasgow Showcase. Saw Stuartboy at the end. It wasn't full but busy. Free popcorn. Security were useless. No checking of bags for video cameras so could had filmed the film in its entirey. They just sat in the back and ate free popcorn.

How awesome was the film. Breathtaking from the word go. Good strong cast, good plot and excellent stunts! 10/10 from me.

Oddly enough, this movie has already received a wide release pretty much everywhere around the world. Not sure why the UK release has been so delayed.

If that is the case not sure why the film company hired security then if it has been release internationally already?

I enjoyed this. After a busy day it was entertaining and nice not to have to think much! Great to see tilly, jeancomp and cliveas.

I'm old enough to remember the TV series in the USA back in the 60s.

Saw this at Southampton Odeon which i thought would be full but only 3/4 full. Free popcorn but no drink must be cut backs. As for the film loved it,from the word go it was terrific, stunts, chases, fighting and sand storms. It was fast paced and the time flew by,a great film to finish off this years viewing. o/
