The Amazing Spider-Man
Re: The Amazing Spider-Man
It was actually Greenwich which we booked today. I guess you need to just keep trying your luck.

Woo hoo, I got some tickets...
Re: The Amazing Spider-Man
Hey guys I managed to get tickets to this yesterday but I wanted to check something.
As this is for a premier and they mention there's a red carpet and all that. Is there a specific dress code to attend this and will we be walking on the red carpet aswel or is that just for celebrities?
If anyone's been to a film premier before then your help would be much appreciated. Many Thanks!

Re: The Amazing Spider-Man
The "real" Premiere is at the IMAX, you are invited to come along to what they call a regional Premiere. The cinema will open its door at 6pm or so and project a live footage of the red carpet with interview of the "celebrities", and the film will be screened roughly at the same time as it is for the lucky one at the IMAX.
So no, you won't walk the red carpet and you don't need a particular dress code (that said on the red carpet, the dress code is not compulsory either)

Re: The Amazing Spider-Man
Best dress code advice would be to wear clothes. The number of times I forget to do this can get really embarrassing.
