To thank all the people who have walked with us over the last year we are laying on a series of free walks during January that explore London, and make an ideal antidote to all that food over the holiday period - get out in the New Year and stretch your legs. Visit our website to select and book your walk. http://footprintsoflondon.com/

Some walks are themed (Dickens, Shakespeare, Livery Companies or London's Hidden Rivers) and others visit some the less visited but fascinating areas of London (Aldgate, Blackwall, the Caledonia Road, Clerkenwell or Victoria) - or look at the key tourist areas in a fresh light (Mayfair, Fleet Street & the City of London). We aim to help you see London's hidden secrets.

Private ViewTimes+ members are invited to a wine reception and exhibition tour of David Maljković Sources in the Air at the Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art on March 20, 2013.

This large scale exhibition of David Maljkovic will present an overview which spans from his early work up to the present day and includes the Scene for New Heritage trilogy. This epic series of films brought critical attention to the artist.

Maljkovic's work consists of collages, installations, videos and drawings, which are developed into atmospherically charged installations and displays. His work often responds to monuments and pavilions built during a period of Yugoslavian post-war optimism in the 1960s and 70s that have now been neglected or forgotten. This exhibition is a collaboration between the Van Abbemuseum, Eindhoven; Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art, Gateshead and GAMeC, Galleria d'Arte Moderna e Contemporanea, Bergamo, Italy.

Baltic is a major international centre for contemporary art situated on the south bank of the River Tyne in Gateshead, England. Baltic presents a constantly changing, distinctive and ambitious programme of exhibitions and events, and is a world leader in the presentation, commissioning and communication of contemporary visual art.

Reception includes refreshments and a short talk from Alessandro Vincentelli, Curator of Exhibitions and Research. To book tickets please click on 'More Information'.
