ps Beate is right about Oban . . . it's a lovely place, particularly if the weather fine!
We'll be in Glasgow for breakfast, as we are going up by sleeper, but I don't think 7am would appeal to many fmukers!

Anyone know if Tarbert is worth visiting? I got given ferry tickets to go from Uig to Tarbert, but don't know if I can manage a whole day on the isle of Lewis.

It's been quite decent the last few days. I have to highly recommend Creelers at Broadford - really lovely top quality food, my friend said it should get 3 michelin stars even though it's housed in a beach hut.
