I really like it even now in its 9th season. The characters definitely grow on you and the cases are interesting, if a bit much at times. May not be your thing, but I'd say definitely give it a go.

The Wipers Times.

Threatens to be a Good Morning Vietnam in the 1st World War but its a bit different from than that. Thank goodness someone attempted to rewrite the gritty First World War dramas into something approaching reality, that is, an escape into humour and fun to get through those tough times.

great stuff, even though it overuses its escapist formula a bit too much.I hope its not a one off, and its turned into a series, its the best historical thing I seen on tv since Ripper Street.

Sleepy Hollow started promisingly if you conveniently ignore the silly reason for Crane being in the present. A neo-gothic fish out of water horror crime drama including a refreshing non teenage cast and a dash of history which is always appreciated.


Next up Peaky Blinders and Orphan Blue.

I love Criminal Minds. I started watching and got through 7 seasons in just a few weeks a couple years ago until I caught up. Dr. Spencer Reid is the best thing ever.

The spin-off was so-so, which is why it only lasted a season. Nothing like the original though. Still manages to make it interesting. And I love their approach. They get some great guest stars too. Round about Season 5, Tim Curry gave my favourite performances of his ever. Highly recommend.

It made no sense that they cancelled it - it was so good with great acting and really clever story (I thought). I mean come on, I wanted to keep learning to lie better
