What a breathtaking evening of Olympics, astonishing and heart thumping, so elated fo GB right now.

HUGE CHEER for TEAM GB!!!

When Lineker switch us to the penalties, I straight away switched to a different channel. I feel bad for doing that but I just cant bare watching England penalty shoot outs and I didnt want to spoil my euphoria for GB success so far...:( I must be more supportive next time and share the pain with them when they lose.

I hope all the fmukers who are there today enjoying themselves...of course you must be!

Awesome day all round - Mo, Greg And Jess obviously, but also the cyclists and the rowers and don't forget Murray and Robson getting to the final as well.

On a non GB note it was great to see Phelps bow out with yet another gold, can his tally ever be topped!!

Was it tonight ff29 is there? Stadium was electric, must have been amazing atmosphere there tonight.
I saw GB win 3 gold medals and I cannot even begin to describe what the atmosphere is like in the stadium. The crowd went wild when Ennis approached the finish, and the roar as Mo Farah crossed the line, it was just deafening.

The vibe and the energy level is just phenomenal. It is an experience I will never forget and I am so glad I had the privilege to be in the audience when history was made last night.

I urge anyone to try and get athletics tickets if you can!

Glad you enjoyed it, can I pick your brains as you went am session as well. How long did you have to queue for before you got through security? Did you arrive before 8am for 10am session?

I do feel sorry for the Silver and Bronze Medalists. Being second or third in the world is still a great achievement.
