Yes but this is a SHOW not a job interview. If you leave all the competent people in, the whole thing is going to be boring! You have to have the crazy nutters in for us to be able to feel smug and superior.

Yes it is a SHOW but there is a business investment at the end of it. I don't mind the 'crazy nutters' but people are obviously going to voice their opinion if they feel that the wrong person went. We are all entitled to it after all.

I haven't said you aren't but people who take the talent aspect too seriously are missing the point in my opinion. After all, Lord Sugar has pretty skewed visions of a business partner anyway.

This is true and most of the winning apprentices seem to move on quite quickly too.

Adam won't last much longer, i thought he was sure to be out last night but Katie sealed her own fate by pinning everything on the football match i think if she fought a little harder in the boardroom she might have got away with it, the big problem last night was not one of them seemed to be able to tackle Steve when it came to the boardroom,he was a right little puppet master in there last night, oh well this is where the show starts to get interesting we should start to see the real rivalries over the next couple of weeks, can't wait hehehe!!

when he fired her, the whole audience gasped in disbelief  I didn't watch last night as I didn't want to see myself on 'Your Fired'. Dara was talking to some Scots who were sitting just behind me
