i had the same problem a few times. i kept trying and it worked. silly system. it turned out to be a glitch in the system. make sure you put the postcode in CAPS and that you put the account number in the correct field ie not in the mobile number field...best of luck!!

The movie did not liver upto expectation. The storyline could have been done alot better. I would give it a 5/10, this is just a personal opinion. See 'The Wolfman' for yourself when it is released in a few days time.
