I do p*y for thier VIP service but this is nothing to do with that, this is for Virgin customers which I am but their website has decided not to recognize me, and will take up to 5 days to look into this

preferred locations Shepherds Bush, Westfield, Notting Hill, Central London, Wimbledon, Islington, Wandsworth thanks

i had the same problem a few times. i kept trying and it worked. silly system. it turned out to be a glitch in the system. make sure you put the postcode in CAPS and that you put the account number in the correct field ie not in the mobile number field...best of luck!!

Just noticed this posted on the Virgin Media site:
Tickets for Transformers: Dark of the Moon for previews on Tuesday 28th June. PLEASE BE AWARE Just so you know, our ticketing partner, Show Film First, is having trouble with their website because of high demand and tickets are currently unavailable to book. They're working on getting everything back up and running as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience and we'll update you very soon.

Feel free to use my mobile number as I don't need tickets for this. I will pm you.
