I don't see any problems. This is a documentary type film, right?

Realistic target: 5

Preferred cinema list:
1) Cineworld: West India Quays or Greenwich, 02, Vue Westfield - Stratford City or Picturehouse Stratford
2) Picturehouse Greenwich
3) Any central London cinema including Islington (excluding Shepherd's Bush, and Whiteleys unless it's some super duper cool film)
4) Odeon Greenwich or Odeon Surrey Quays

there is a sense of death being pretty much an ever-present threat and sensitive kids and, particularly, under-sevens may find this quite upsetting.

I would imagine it would be very similar to "March of the Penguins", only with flamingos this time :-)

I thought that too! I didn't think it looked something that a young child would get upset with but then I don't know as each child is an individual so I guess it will depend on the child. I would say to take the little one along and if it does get upsetting, you can always leave.
