2D vs 3D?

Well Cars 2 3D was enjoyable but needn't have bothered being in 3D. In fact if you removed your glasses only certain elements of the picture were actually 3D'd. Certainly not worth the premium price for the p*ying public.

I only have vision in one eye so 3-D does not work for me not even in Florida when people are reaching out to touch things they see near them. All a mystery to me!

Wow, where's that info from Kevin? Hope it's true and would back up my prediction that the 3D fad will be over in 2 or 3 years time.

Although that was referring to the US box office. I think the global 3D take was a little healthier, but I think studios are more likely to take notice if the domestic take of 3D starts going down more.

Not a huge fan of 3D, but that could be because all the films I've ever seen in it were pants!

Clash of the Titans remake and POTC 4 (sorry JD, just didnt hit the spot) to name a few.

Despite being a crappy film with an awful script, Transformers 3 did make good use of the 3D.

Which only went a short distance in balancing out how one dimensional the film was otherwise.
