Driving to France, cheap european breakdown cover & Tips x

#1 Post by BettyBoop » Fri Jul 15, 2011 9:00 am

Hi Everyone,

I am hoping one of you bargain hunters can point me in the right direction for some super cheap european breakdown cover.

We are travelling in a 2004 vauxhall zafira in France on the 25/08 to the 05/09.

The cheapest I have so far is £24.75 with a company I found online called Vehicle Rescue Direct.

Also, any tips anyone has drive down costs, as I have never drove to France befoer would be greatly welcomed x o/

We are also off to france but in 2 weeks time. My partner has purchased off amazon a sd card for his sat nav. Much needed I think so as to remind him which side to drive on as well as take us to certain places.

Check the small print on your breakdown at home because mine Green Flag actually covered European travel until my car got too old with no extra charge.
