Help**NEED CHEAP FERRY DOVER TO CALAIS**

#1 Post by BettyBoop » Sun Jan 30, 2011 2:47 pm

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a cheap ferry crossing from dover to calais.

Going approx 6am on the 25.8.11
1 car with 2 adults and 2 children
1 car with 2 adult , 3 children and a roof rack.

coming back on the 4.9.11 approx 8pm.

cheapest i have so far is £80.00 but ive heard off freinds that they do offers and they went for £25 each way last year with a special discount code.

Also, dont mind going from a different port...just need to get from england to france really lol x

I just used seafrance. Tip: make sure you get to calais 1 hour beforehand. Got there 30 minutes beforehand and huge queues and therefore missed boat. Had to b*y another ticket :tears:

We always use one of those consolidators/comparison sites, which can undercut the individual company sites. Used Seafrance in June and thought they were c**p but then, we like the overnight crossing with BF, starting with dinner on board!
