I know. This thread will dissapear as quickly as my mum's home made carrot cake.

But congratulatations to England for not only completing a 4-0 whitewash victory over India but for also reaching World number 1 test rank status along the way. About an hour ago, after completing their series victory, they were officially presented with the ECB Mace as the number one ranked team in the world.

OH went to watch it last week, shame it was the day when it poured with rain so he saw about two hours of it. But it sounded as if he enjoyed himself though in the hospitality suite... he whiffed of alcohol when he returned home, so I am assuming he did.

One of the most one sided test series I've ever seen, but I've gotta hand it to England, they finally have a team that has it in every area. Their one day side could do with some work, but test wise they're lookin good. Shame Tendulker couldn't get his 100th century, after getting so close too.
