Why Is West India Quay So Popular?
Re: Why Is West India Quay So Popular?
I've had to go to Wandsworth a lot in the past to sit exams; hence I've gone to the cinema there afterwards. The disadvantage of Wandsworth for me is that you can't then travel onto anywhere else easily and quickly - it's a slow bus to various places or a train via Waterloo - because of the lack of tube.

I tend to also stick to locations where I have friends close by... like Central London, some of my friends work very close by! Quick to get to if I have any problems.

Re: Why Is West India Quay So Popular?
I used to go to West India Quay all the time when I lived in Whitechapel, but I've now moved to Hampstead so it's way too far away.
I choose cinemas purely on the location and nothing else, as I can't be bothered with a long or fiddly journey to get home after the film. I don't really think much about the screens.
I have no problem going to see a film on my own, and have done so loads of times over the years. If I've obtained tickets (even free ones) I feel a bit of a sense of responsibility if my fellow film-goer doesn't enjoy it, but if it's just me then it isn't an issue.
