F&F - good for you, plus you get milk.

I'm having a tracker bar - v. bad... is it me or have they gotten really small?!

Must get into the habit of proper breakfast at home...

Forgot to mention above, that I am on a plan to loose weight and tone up for my 30th birthday in March. I am planning to see family and celebrate in style and would prefer to not have any wobbly bits or be huge for my frame during this time especially as I know there will be lots of cameras around snapping away!

I am doing yoga, Davina's DVD (Power 5) and Wii Fit combination during the week. Cutting down my portion sizes, eating something every 4 hrs at least and trying not to snack/eat after 9pm. I'm trying to restrict myself to meal portion sizes no bigger than my two hands cupped together.

Does anyone have any tips for loosing weight and maintaining the loss?? I know I have to look at working out like taking a shower, it just has to become part of my daily routine like eating too, but I suppose in time I'll get used to it.

Thanks anakin! Gonna get myself a bowl of F&F now. And yes, I agree, Tracker bars are now very small, either that or I got bigger! :giggle: Though, let's not think it was the latter! :nono: :sealed:

Priamia, I think you need to do what your avataris doing... I think I lost weight just watching it! (Can you imagine if that actually worked?!)

And good luck for your March target! Think portion size is also my major issue - plates we got for wedding are massive, which doesn't help...

Having a lovely huge huge homemade salad for lunch....sprinkled with will power! Men in office are still laffing and making reference to rabbit food etc....(we'll see who's laffing when Iam lovely and slim off my rabbit food!)

not sure what to have for tea as Iam at college tonight and dont have time to go home to make anything so may have to grab a sandwich on the way....only trouble is that sandwich's dont fill me up! So will be starving by the time I do get home.

I've found that there's quite a lot of low calorie/low weightwatchers point things that fill me up without going over my allowance - fruit, Alpen bars, Special K snack things(lemon ones are really nice) and Muller light yoghurts. Also I have a banana for breakfast with my cereal and that keeps me full up until lunchtime :D

Thats a good idea......have you tried a banana sliced with muller light poured on top! It makes a lovely dessert after your tea xx
