I saw the trailor this weekend when I finally caught (500) days of summer and found it quite intriguing... Pity that I had to read here that Law, Depp and others shot very little for it...would still be interesting to see how the movie has shaped up overall. Fingers crossed for free previews !!

It's looking highly unlikely that there will be any free screenings for this :( boo..

I really need to get myself a part time job. Damn the recession!!

Anyone won tickets to the premiere of Parnassus? Is the film any good?

Just caught the film, looked like it was gonna be rubbish, for once I was proved wrong, a funny, well made film with some really freaky sequences and great characters.
Certainly deserves a 9/10.

I just saw this and absolutely adored it! Completely surreal, but completely wonderful at the same time. I think it's one you'd have to see several times before you understand it, but then I would also say that it's debatable whether or not it is meant to be understood! Not what I was expecting from point of view of modern day setting (don't know why, but I thought it would be historical fantasy), but that just made it even better. And the alternative Heaths worked superbly. Highly recommend it.

Cool, I might give this film a go then, I have a few cinema vouchers left. I am not a big fan of the Terry Gilliam surreal vision but I did like twelve monkeys when there is a stronger storyline to support the surreal visions.
