I think you should just b*y the DVDs and not wait for a boxset if you b*ght them already. The only reason I didn't b*y is because the ones that came out singularly don't all have the same/look and feel and I don't like that! Plus I want to see if it's nice. THey did a boxset (a chest box) for the books and apparently it was rubbish and made of cardboard! People left really bad feedback for it on amazon!
It's amazing how the time flies really - I joined my company straight after finishing university. Now I'm 31!

I think you're probably right, but I'm a bit of a nightmare for re-b*ying stuff. If there are more extras in the boxset I'll no doubt want to get it anyway!

I want to go to a New Moon party! I wonder if they're going to do it all over the country?

I'm pretty sure I'll go, just need to get more info. I was one of those Harry Potter geeks that queued up outside waterstones to get a copy of the new books at midnight lol. Then tried to read them in one sitting - never worked. Reading makes me tired and the naps won me over. Damnit!

I'd take Jasper or Dr Cullen but Emmett would probably be too scary for me. I could use a vampire brain though, mine seems to absorb information and turn it into indecipherable mush! Bah! x

Haha me too i am also a total HP geek when the 7th one came out i was in New York and the main place to get it was the Toys R Us in Times Square, they had this massive countdown and people were waiting at like 10am in the morning for it to go on sale at midnight, even though i am a massive fan no way could i have waited that long, i just strolled up at 11pm to join the queue (which was huge!).

Personally after Edward i think Emmett is my fave, i like the way he seems to be so big and funny, the sort of guy that would protect you, though i suppose any vampire is protection!!

This event at Waterstones to celebrate the realease of the movie, check their website as i know there isn't one in either or the stores in Sheffield so far, so there may not be one in your local store.

All I know so far is:

New Moon Evening
WATERSTONE'S MILTON KEYNES 72
Wednesday, 4 November 2009, 6:30PM - 8:00PM
Tickets are only £1 each, available from the shop and fully redeemable against a p*rchase on the night.

Join us for a special evening dedicated to all things Meyer as we celebrate the release of the 'New Moon' in the cinemas. There will be lots of special prizes up for grabs, so get your ticket quick to this fabulous evening.
Further details: 01908395384

So it's not on the 1st, but the 4th. Think I will probably be going though :)

I appear to the be the only person who can't bear to hear the name of this film (too much unnecessary marketing anyone?), nor understand the hype about that pattinson bloke. Even all the magazines are talking abotu how "hot" he is - HELLO!!! He needs a shave, a comb and preferably a paper bag. And I thought the first film was distincly average.

Sorry, a bit grumpy and have seen at least 16 mentions of this film today alone! Grrrrr!
"Oh, sweetheart, you don't need law school. Law school is for people who are boring and ugly and serious. And you, button, are none of those things." - Legally Blonde

Preferred cinemas: Most Central London, Finchley Road, Swiss Cottage, Islington, Holloway and West India Quay, Greenwich (O2 / Odeon only) or Stratford City if there is nothing else!

Seen free in 2012: Jan: Margin Call; J. Edgar; Like Crazy; Carnage; Young Adult. Feb: The Muppets; The Best Extotic Marigold Hotel; Safe House; Project X; Beginners. March: 21 Jump Street; We b*ght a Zoo; Wild Bill; John Carter; Wanderlust; Street Dance 2;The Hunger Games; [The King's Speech]. Apr: The Hunger Games; Battleship; Salmon Fishing in the Yemen. May: What To Expect When You're Expecting; MIB3. June: [We Will Rock You] July: Ted; Seeking a Friend for the End of the World; The Dark Knight Rises; Brave. Aug: The Bourne Legacy. Sept: Lawless
