I love it, stuartboy!
I was at Braehead which was 90% full. I must admit that I was disappointed by the film and the 2 main characters. There was a definite lack of a reality check with both of them at times. I do think the initial over-staying a student visa was highly possible as they were young and in love . . . they did not see any consequences. My problem was that they never really seemed to grow up! They had a relationship from student days and did not seem to want to move on
though they did have other long-term relationships.
I could have banged there heads together and her parents too! Story was slow and ending was inconclusive.
ps I did catch one memorable phrase
"People come to London to drink!" (or words to that effect) I'm sure some Fmuckers will have an opinion on that!
I've seen it once and would not see it again. I didn't hate it but certainly didn't love it.

Cheers Steve, that's my kind of review - Succinct and to the point!
I've asked for tickets to see this tonight, but I think I'll delete me post and stay in and watch the footy!

I was at a fairly full screening at Holloway Road (but it was a bit small!) I got a bit emotional at the end because as an American who moved to the UK to be with my Irish boyfriend, I can understand the feeling of having given up a lot of things for your relationship. But I agree with all the other posters who say that it was hard to feel sorry for two people who proceeded to shoot themselves in the foot and hurt other people in the process.

the line was something like 'in London, you can just drink all the time' got a big laugh. Possibly the highlight of the film?! I did like the realism though, it was refreshing not to have any big speeches or ridiculous proclamations, and I thought the relationship between the girl and her parents was very realistic.
It was a nice meditation on young relationships, I think it happens a lot that you just grow out of it and theirs was prolonged by not being able to see each other. I don't think we were supposed to feel sorry for them necessarily, just to appreciate that people make mistakes and what seems so important when you're young can fade.
I was at Holloway

#LikeCrazy is at cinemas Friday. The Sunday Mirror said: "* * * * A real charmer of a love story. Brims with warmth, honesty and compassion"
According to what you all say, I guess The Sunday Mirror sent a blind and deaf journalist to the preview.

Oh no I can't believe all the negative remarks about this, it's one of the few movies I was really looking forward to see!
Is anyone still heading out to Surrey Quays for it tonight? (I've never actually been to that cinema, but it looks close to a station)

It's about a ten minutes walk and the cinema is gross. It's another version of Odeon Greenwich.
