TheyCallMeMrGlass wrote:Oh man, the last episode finally cranked into high gear. About time too. It was so good it seemed out of place in this so far disappointing series. There was genuine humour which was previously sorely lacking. And for the first time it drew an emotional response from me. Several story threads were progressed nicely with some intriguing little revelations but there was one central one that was so powerful and very pivotal to the logic of the flash forward conundrum. I dont know if they can maintain this quality having failed to have done so with previous episodes but at least here is an episode that can give us some hope that they have learnt to properly execute a gripping narrative of what was always an fascinating concept.

Agreed! Fabulous episode. I'm back on board now. o/

The last episode was really good, i saw the whole thing with Al coming a mile off but i am glad he actually did it rather than chicken out or get talked out of it like people in TV shows usually are, plus he has now proved that their futures can be changed.
Hopefully now the show is gonna keep on the level it is now and not go back to how it was a couple of episodes ago.

Hmpf. I missed it on Monday so just wanted to see it now only to discover that instead of 10pm they are showing it on 11pm today? And I am soooo tired!

I am four episodes behind on this! :( Had to compromise with other shows so this came last on the list! :(

Oh I will watch it Imran5, don't worry about that! I've just got quite abit going on at the moment so have little time for films/tv shows these days hence compromising on what I watch, don't watch. So I'm watching my favourite TV shows only at the moment and new ones are being left behind to catch up at a later point.

I too, will be using this to get over Lost. That's starting in Jan 2010 right (according to American TV, not British)? If you like Lost and FlashForward, I'd recommend watching Fringe also. I think you'd enjoy that (for me personally, that's better than Flash Forward).

Let me know what you think after watching it! You may need to watch a few episodes to get into it! I would say neither of these are as good as Lost Season 1 though!

I agree, Fringe rocks. The scifi elements are pretty radical and storyline is accelerating.

I've watched the entire first season of Fringe.. It is absolutely AWESOME!!!

Thanks for the recommendation!! Imagine if they had a Fringe/LOST crossover.. I could proper see Walter being a LOST character lol.
