Re: The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel
My mistake, I was told to expect 200 minutes, however the film started at 10:30 and finished at 12:45, which means it was only 135 minutes long....no wonder it didn't feel like 200 minutes

Re: The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel
they could have extended it somewhat to get a better view of some characters

Re: The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel
Finally got to see this today - I was beginning to feel like the only person here who had not seen it free and at least once, but it was worth the wait and just the thing for a wet winter Sunday. Not only did I still manage to see it free (the Saga screenings were oversubscribed but I asked about returns and was offered a pair on Friday) but my location was fairly full, which helped to create a good atmosphere, and we got a goody bag, which was unexpected. A DVD I'd never seen before but would be happy to watch, and a packet of Hobnobs, amongst other things - far more to my taste than is sometimes the case. Definitely the best film I've seen so far this year. It may be cheesy but it left a heart-warming glow.

Very beautiful film, really glad I went to see it. I liked how all the stories unfolded and the strong cast. Just very heart warming with some great comedic moments. Would recommend, 9/10.
