those people who stand up to leave in the last dying minutes of a film but can't because the aisle is blocked with other buffoons who do the same and block any chance of seeing the screens closing sequence. About 3 minutes of 21 Jump street was missed as I couldn't see round, through or over the said idiots, so only saw bit where they mentioned college. IDiots

My daughters primary school had a film night tonight, was due to pick her up and 5.30pm, but at 4.45pm I get call asking me to come get her she wants to go home, so I get to the school and say 'what's the matter, what's wrong' expecting she is ill or something, no she says 'mum it was awful, people were talking, the little kids were running around, people kept coming in and out to the toilets, it's chaos, I'm not used to this, I think I'll stick to the previews with you in future!' :giggle: Little Madam!!
Preferred Cinema's now Paignton or Exeter!

At some screenings though they behave like primary school children anyway (which is why this thread exists in the first place), so that's just a way for her to jump out of the fire and into the frying pan. This might be her first catch 22. The proverbial Double Edged Sword. Will be interesting to see how this plays out

She's 7, I think she's been spoilt with all the previews of kids films over the past few years.

I always tend to get to the cinema early, and that goes for both Free or pa*d screenings, for example i was supposed to have seen The Cabin in the Woods on Monday, and the cinema i was going to was a good hour away by Public Transport, and as always i set out early, but the Bus that was supposed to get me to the train station in time for my train never came so i came back and cancelled online,i could have thought "Screw it " and get there late, but for me there would be no point, plus the beauty of these free screenings is they tend to have a few different ones,so i still get the chance to see the film next Wednesday

i would rather be 30 mins early than 10 minutes late anytime
