Help me choose my final portfolio logo^^

I've slimmed down the selection to 4 logos(tracking and kerning of the font will be done after a final is chosen)
Choose which one you like the best(only one!)
And if anyone has nay feedback, it'd be very helpful :)

Definitely number 2, it looks more interesting and professional than 1 and 3. The font in 4 is hard too read.

i like '3' ... the writing stands out more because the lines are thinner ... also, the words look a bit 'nerdy'!!
