Easycinema Query

This isn't a plug for Easycinema, though I've said before that I use them for DVD rental because their scheme is unlike no other of which I'm aware (no short deadlines - each batch of credits is valid for 90 days) and suits my lifestyle. However, whilst in the past I've always found them very prompt, polite and helpful when responding to enquiries, something seems to have changed lately as I've e-mailed them twice with the same query (after waiting 5 days the first time) and simply not had any response whatsoever. Does anyone else use them and if so, has anyone actually had a reply from them recently? There is no other means of contacting them...

I don't use them but we used to use Odeon Direct and Lovefilm but we ended up cancelling both subscriptions as after a while of being very regular we used be lucky if we got a film at all.
It does say that Easycinema is powered by Lovefilm so mabye their the problem.

They are certainly linked to Lovefilm, as all the packaging bears both names, but nominally they are separate and with different offers. Maybe I will have to try googling them to see if there has been some financial fracas I've missed.
