When you are posting a reply you see smilies on the left hand side of the message body. When you click on "view more smilies" it is on page two and you just click on it - simple - that is why even I can do it.ClareBarr wrote:P.S biggins I love that hugging smiley thing :) how do u create that?

Hope you are better today.

I'm sure that you're not - you are constantly on the go.Octopus wrote:I am so fat my mirror and I decided to break up.
Big hug from me too to ClareBarr and so sorry that you are in pain - hope that you are soon on the mend.
Menu of the day:
2 slices of raisin bread with butter and a coffee (250 calories) got my roller in the sink so can't wash the blender after I use it.
A smoothie for lunch with a banana and strawberries (250 calories) - should be clear by then.
Quorn cottage pie with vegetables (300 calories)
I will add on other things throughout the day - I didn't have my fritter yesterday as too stuffed after my stir fry.
Exercise of the day will hopefully be the DVD (providing I finish my first coat)- its taken me an hour to paint one wall so far this morning as I'm going from a greenish colour (Crown lunchdate) to Buttermilk. I was going to try to paint it all before I eat but I was ravenous hence the breakfast stop now plus it will take a fair few hours to finish

Re: Weight Watchers
Waist Measurements!
The kids picked up some tape measures which were being given away free at a local arts centre, it turns out they are from World Cancer Research Fund (WRRF UK) www.wcrf-uk.org for measuring your waist which is indicator to increased health risks.
They indicate for men healthy waist measurements are upto 94cm between 94cm-102cm Increased Health Risks - Take Action To Lose Weight 102cm+ High Health Risks - Make Losing Weight A Priority
For women healthy waist measurements are upto 80cm between 80cm-88cm Increased Health Risks - Take Action To Lose Weight 88cm+ High Health Risks - Make Losing Weight A Priority
The are also coloured, healthy white, increased risk yellow & high risk red!

Re: Weight Watchers
Thanks for that Rainey - its keeping the fat away from the vital organs.
I got up very late this morning due to doing my exercise so late, booking my free visit to the Dome of the Reichstag (massive thanks to pcrock for that as if you don't pre register you can't go in as they have to check you out first - you have to submit your name and date of birth and then they let you know if you can visit) and my free 3 and a 1/2 hour walking tour of Berlin (thanks again to pcrock)plus as I was getting so excited kept on reading up about the places and the time passed by. Then I got up in the middle of the night to sort out Liquorice who was in the middle of a major fight in the street
Menu of the day:
Fruit and Fibre with a black coffee (350 calories)
Ainsleys cup a soup and a slice of multigrain bread followed by a weight watchers nectarine yoghurt (300 calories)
Quorn cottage pie (b*ght 2 as limited access in the kitchen) with vegetables and gravy (300 calories) Large portion of rhubarb and weight watchers custard (150 calories) - I do have my rhubarb without sugar Betty Botter was in shock that I eat it as it is just cooked slightly to soften it (I love the sour taste)
I've b*ght some more nice oatcakes a la Biggins so can have them as snacks plus I will add a few more calories on my menu.
I will do a 4 mile walk later after yet another 5 hours of painting - due to getting out of bed so late it will be a long day but as I've nothing else to do it will be fine.
ClareBarr I hope that you are OK and not in too much pain, Biggins hope that you've done all your ironing and are back on track. What is everyone else up to today? Have a fun day and we are missing the lovely Preston in Italy and Havingascreen who never returned from Spain
Rawr_xoxo already has the body beautiful (could I have the read out please and I can pretend its mine as we are similar heights - that's where the resemblance ends) MsThrifty and Valda I hope that your foot and knee are improving, jojojoanne I hope your having fun with your family, Anakin our lovely yummy mummy is doing good and that Rainey is ready for the new challenge in her new job and that are very own hunk of muscles MrG is having fun and not eating too many Hobnobs at Beate's
(don't think that I don't know
)

Re: Weight Watchers
Diane you are beginning to sound like my daughter doing her rounds of the patients in her ward !!!!
checking on everyone - it is very kind of you to enquire about everyone. Havingascreen has been missing for a while now if you click on members and see when she last logged on it says 2nd August. Maybe she found a hunk on holiday and has stayed there.
Going over to my daughter's today to see the granddaughters when they come home from school since I missed them last week. Washing and ironing up to date - well for a couple of days anyway! Wash basket never seems to be empty and there is only the two of us now so don't know where it all come from.
Back to my granola and a nectarine and cup of tea for breakfast. Lunch will be a sandwich at my daughters. Chicken and baked potato and salad tonight.
Weather here is rubbish again today - hope Preston brings back some sunshine with him.

Re: Weight Watchers
She tricked me, she tricked me she did! Said it was an oatcake, didnt know it was a hobknob
oh ok, who am I kidding but I did run to her house :)
Sounds like you got some nice scenic walks coming u...hold on, Berlin? You're a real globe trotter, Mrs Fogg!
Dont break the mirror, Octopus! Go on ask it "mirror mirror on the wall, who will be the healthiest and fittest of them all" and it will reply "you will be oh fair one". The mirror is your drive to looking great :) Tell us what you have to eat and we'll suggest alternatives. Walk part way to work, use stairs not elevators etc, get active more in substitute for transport. Tell us your plan
And measure your body fat% to see where you at. I remember last time your BMI sounded just right. But the BF% will be the truer indicator.
Interesting about the Waist measurments, Rainey, thanks. It is a indeed a good indicator, but I say still plug it in the Body Fat percentage formula for a more truer reflection of health and fitness level short of taking blood test and medical checkups of course!
Get better soon Clarebarr, missing reading about your swimming adventures
Talking of which, keep that up, Biggins! Dont worry about 2lb gain, that's nothing, plus at least you know what caused it. You will lose that in a few butterfly strokes
Keep it going guys, I reckon Preston will thunder back on here soon
