I already walk part of my way to work and use stairs... I just didn't eat healthy those past weeks. At all. :shifty:
Plus add to the fact I spent 10 days at my sister's, mainly cooking and staying home. I had a lot of house cleaning etc to do but that's it.... so I didn't move my fat ass.
Yesterday I decided it was time to take care of myself (AGAIN), as I couldn't stand looking at me in the mirror.
I ordered groceries online to control how much I would spend more easily (despite the delivery fee), and also to avoid spending time in the cakes/biscuits/chocolate department!
I mainly have fruits and veggies in my fridge and cupboards, and no biscuits but cereal bars.

I had (3) scrambled eggs for lunch, to which I added ham, tomatoes and Gouda + 2 thin toasts + a banana
Lots of fuel as I'm off for work, and tonight I'll probably have either a soup or a tomatoes / sweetcorn salad + grapes
:)

Sounds like you got some nice scenic walks coming u...hold on, Berlin? You're a real globe trotter, Mrs Fogg!
Doesn't count as a run if your her next door neighbour ;)

This is the walk http://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j& ... roE3RWaPFA maybe a few hours but doesn't sound to energetic with a lovely coffee break with possibly a http://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j& ... FApE5cIwHw that Canadian-turtle advised me to have so that I can fully embrace the culture ;) I'm already packed and ready to go - that took 15 mins (I already have holiday toiletries (city break ones) in plastic bags so its a case of picking one and off I go) :D

Octopus your food sounds good and as MrG says you look fine already plus you have been under a lot of stress recently so it isn't always easy to eat healthily. On another note have you booked yourself on the above tour for your trip to Berlin plus register to go to the Dome in the Reichstag that is also free.

I have adopted Octopus as my daughter as she is lovely , needs looking after and likes exactly the same trips as me :D

There you go, you're already right back on track, well done o/ o/ and you'll be looking even better than you already are (from what I am gathering from Diane, and I believe her because you really didnt sound overweight at all from the measurments you gave a while back). Liking your renewed control of your shopping too and I see you also going to Berlin, have a great time there, and book those walks Diane mentioned :)

Tonight is actually noodles night!
Today was fine: I worked in the car park, so basically spent three hours walking there, waiting for the performance to end.
Then I did a RAH - Marble Arch walk, then 1h30 at Primark (it's sport too!!) then Marble Arch - Bond Street Station.
My feet are swollen but happy!

I've actually booked my flight tickets but have no plans so far. I'm just gonna go and walk around the city. I'm gonna try to check what I absolutely have to see, where to go, but I also like to lose myself in the city and find my way back home alone :)
I will plan a little bit more later

> MrG: I'm just about to turn overweight if I believe the body mass index! I was speechless when I saw myself in the mirror in the fitting room. Definitely a wake up call.

edit: this tour seems pretty cool! Hope I can book last minute as it will depend on the weather... Thanks for the tip!!

Do anyone here eat Weight Watchers food?
It's pretty cheap on Asda online (about £2 a meal). I know two people who followed a WW point scheme and lost weight. I also know I love their tomato soup. Maybe that's a sign.
Maybe I'm just crazy.

Thanks for that I eat any food and they are good to have as a standby when I'm short on time.

Menu of the day:
Cornflakes and a black coffee (300 calories)
Greek yoghurt with granola and honey (300 calories) I know its more of a breakfast but I like it
Beef hotpot (I'm guessing about 600 calories) My mother has invited me for dinner as she has got me to see one of her neighbours after work hence now working 8am until 7.30pm and I think she feels guilty - its the first time I have been invited for dinner since I left home at 21 8O

I will try and fit in a brisk walk after my mother's :cross:

Good luck everyone else today and I'm sure its going to be a good day. Lovely to have Biggins back from her holiday and Octopus on board o/

So I guess I should keep telling you what I eat:
Bearkfast > bran flakes & milk
Lunch > steamed potatoes & green beans with knackis and a little bit of cheddar + a cheesecake (don't worry, only 125 kcal!) + green tea
Break > 1 banana + 1 WW dessert rich chocolate + a green tea
Diner > no idea
:)

Octo, welcome back! Love that cute little octopus in your signature!

Great work everyone else, as ever! Sorry been quiet, but rest assured I am always cheering for you all. Just been busy and sleepy from work then trying to spend time with OH before it's not just the two of us anymore!

Diane - can't believe how much decorating you have done! I'd have pa*d someone to do all the stuff you're doing! Mind you I'm still waiting for you to come over to help me clear my stuff out! ;) Am doing A good job actually, just getting less and less done as I expand! Though this is not ideal for this thread, I am happy to report that I am expanding nicely and could not be mistaken for slightly fat anymore :D

Anyway, keep it up people, and I'll be back soon!
