Problems with SFF?

Anyone having problems with SFF?
It's not recognizing my email address. I think my account may have been closed down.
It's also giving new an error when trying to register.

Works fine for me, but SFF do tend to purge accounts at randomly. Contact them on help@showfilmfirst.com with your login details to enquire.

Problem is it won't let me, keeps telling new to enter country when I already have!

Which is why you should contact them instead and explain the issues you're having. Hopefully they'll be able to reinstate your account and if not at least have a look at the registering process and see where the issue may incur.
