Wel I am back on the wagon again....I've not joined a class this time and I am NOT on a DIET!

Instead I've downloaded My Fitness Pal on my phone and I am being more aware of what I am putting in my mouth! I am also building exercise into my fitness commitment. So far I have lost 4 Pound which I am please with.

I have booked next years holiday...(July) so I have a clear goal in mind and something really good to look forward to. I am thinking the carrot works better than the stick, so I am not going to dwell on the damage I have done to my body but instead I am focusing on each day....keeping my carolie intake in check with MFP app and moving my body more!

Oh and can I just say that I HATE exercise and never do any! So what I am doing is trying to keep my body movement varied and make a commitment to at least do something each day........

My Week so far.....

Tuesday....Zumba Class (1 hours)
Wednesday....Jog/fast walk along the beach with my Hubby (20 mins)
Thursday.....Jog/very fast walk with my friend (44mins)
Today.....?????(going to try and tempt my son to a walk to the shops this afternoon, if this fails my Backup plan with be a dance video or housework to music).

Yesterday:
- bran flakes (1 bowl)
- knackis and green peas + a little bit of grated cheddar + banana + green tea
- cereal bar
- noodles

Today:
- bran flakes (1 bowl)
- courgettes and chopped tomatoes with a fried egg + chocolate mousse + green tea
- cereal bar
- sweet corn / tomato / ham / blue cheese salad + grapes

I don't count calories but I'm pretty sure I'm not exceeding 2000kcal/day

Yep, it detoxes, but it also helps in having kidney stones... It's good to drink it, with moderation!

Alright!!! Go BB! Glad to see you back and with a new (and may I say please) a much more healthier strategy than WW and other fad diets. All it takes is variety of FUN exercises and sensible eating. A lifestyle you can easily adopt for life. Awesome stuff and walking with your friend/OH will make it even more fun o/ o/ o/

Also well done to everyone else, Biggins, congratulations on the awesome weight loss! Keep it going o/ o/ o/

Octo - well done, keep it going, you're right, you do not need to count calories, its will be obvious that you are consuming better food o/ o/ o/

and Diane, well of course you are going to lose more weight if you are going to lose more body fat, what do you think body fat is...weightless dark energy? :p Like I said you're not maintaining, you going for a body fat% target on you're right on track at a damn good rate too :) o/ o/ o/

Wow what stellar progression for everyone here. I'd like to humbly add myself too. I am definitely soaring with my squash playing, I am now beating a fella who has beaten me too often in the past, my last game with him yesterday I beat him 8-0 and won previous 2 matches before that. The thing is, here is the funny thing, the better the squash player I become, the less workout I am getting  See, I can now better place the ball with quite good precision during rallies which means I have my opponent running around the court, puffing and panting to hit it back whereas before I am one running around like a monkey chasing the ball around. So what do I do? Simple, after the game I take out my stretch bands and do a quick intense workout as my opponent looks at me with a "WTF?!" expression...maybe I next time I should wait until they are gone...
