Eddie Izzard has form as a runner at least -- how many marathons did he run for charity? Loads! I too prefer to see him giving the medals over Osborne. Blatter or May.

Stop me if you've heard this one:

Q. Why did 80,000 people boo George Osborne?
A. Because that's the maximum capacity of the Olympic Stadium.

Eddie has been a cheer leader for the Games since the bid. For the last two years he has been an Amassador for the GamesMakers, turning up for recruitments events, the orientation training, doing promotional and training videos and during the Games visiting the volunteers at the various venues. I think you might find he is quite popular among them.

I think its just the shock of seeing him there presenting.

He is a God though (probably the only ex-accountant who can make that claim lol).

If anyones got a spare para itcket for tommorrow, think of me heehee its my last chance to get in, worth my last tenner for the month (i mean the events not the closing ceremony, I aint trying to rip you off lol!).
fav 5 films of the year - Tenet, Bill n Ted 3, Invisible Man, JoJo Rabbit, ?

I hope C4 shows the medal ceremony.
Just once I'd like to hear my country's anthem :)
