I said what about your washing, oh that's ok, we just wash it again, and your chair it's soaking wet, yeah, I'll just move it! :D
And your back yard, it's flooded with waste water, oh we can clean it afterwards! :shifty:
What a lovely neighbour and what a mess. Hope that you get it sorted. :cross:

Well, it isn't aliens. It is jokers with too much time on their hands using a length of rope and a piece of wood.

I'm being brave now as I may get banned from here with this :noo: - if so it was lovely knowing you all :tears:

I know that the Christmas thread is locked but as its 12 weeks to the cheap train fares for the Christmas period and I like booking/planning things, does any know of something different to do at Christmas time? - I have done the Christmas markets for years now plus the theatre in Manchester has not got any Christmas type plays on (apart from White Christmas that no one else fancies watching - I do). I'm thinking stately homes, Parks, Carol concerts anything really. I will still visit the Manchester Christmas markets and I'm happy to visit any other different type of market. This is what happens when I have free time I start planning things  - I try to just be but I can't help myself.

Have you been to the Dickensian Christmas Festival in Rochester? I've always wanted to go, it looks lovely!

London will have Christmasssy plays of course, and there's also the musical Scrooge which is going into the Palladium for a limited season.

I am not so sure, some are too complex for someone to make overnight and they would need to have a great knowledge and nohow of complex patterns in order to get the angles and lines right, also in the fake ones the stems are snapped, whereas a genuine one will have stems bent as if blown over in the wind. The one I saw (first one I add) yesterday was amazingly complex some squares had no route in, so how could they have been done without damage; where people have accessed some of the squares you could see where they have stepped or brushed through due to damage into square. Some of the comments section is well dodgy though. link below:

Wow that is stunning! Can you see anything of the patterns at all when walking through it or is that only seen from above?

No I haven't but it looks lovely and thanks so much; I am now looking how to get from Manchester to Rochester.
I love Scrooge plus I have seen it with Tommy Steele for free thanks to Star from this site - it leaves you buzzing for hours, thank you for your ideas I have now got about 12 tabs open from train line to route planner to Christmas markets
