I am not new to the site, but my account was deactivated yesterday for an unknown reason. Not sure if this is happening to anyone else.

Look forward to going to lots more free films!

Same thing seemed to happen to me. Not sure when though. I'd been a member for 3 years, but realised I hadn't received any notifications for a week, so came to log in.

I've had to re-register, so used the same user name (expecting to be told it had been taken), but it had not! Surely there must be more out there (unless they just think it's a problem with the site & are leaving it for now??!!!???

I had the same problem few days ago. Not sure what happened :/

And how many posts have you managed in that time? Think about that. This site is powered by member contributions, i.e. what people have to say.

You have to contribute occasionally or you will be deleted. So now you know and hope we hear from you.

Got loads of free films 200+ over the years, posted one, but missed out by 30 seconds to someone else. At least I tried.

You are so right . . . you did try and that's what Fmuk is all about . . . folk sharing information! Well done for a good start now just keep posting!
back to those who've had to re-register as they have not contributed over a long period . . . let that serve as a warning to newbies. Make sure you join in . . . after all, this is a Forum and we do all have opinions about films.

Not everyone will be able to find/post codes but we do share if we do find . . . Just remember to thank those who do post codes. There are some VERY fast people on Fmuk! Try to post as that's why your previous a/c disappeared!

I am also not new to FMUK but had to re-register as my login stopped working and couldn't make it work again. Been here for about a year now. i think this website is amazing,seen loads of good films and can't wait for new ones.

and i'm another not new member who has been around for a bit but then has his account cancelled without warning! Am rather hoping by posting this that it will not happen again despite that latest email warning.

You are right kastraw, I never seem to get a link for anything until ages after it has been posted on here either.

Hi everyone, I'm Claire from Glasgow and I can't wait to start to see some free movies!! Looking forward to getting to know cinema fans in the forum. I like most movie types, but stay away from horrors (Frankenweenie looks like my limit ha ha) and anything with a lot of violence. Having said that, I REALLY enjoyed the latest Batman movie so I'll keep my options open. Speak soon :)
