Jojojoanne - yes yes yes I love that one too!! I've been teaching it for Harvest in September :) I remember singing it in my own primary school, too

I remember that song as well, used to sing it at primary school. Tried to recall the words recently but just couldn't remember them, so thanks jojojoanne!

We can try it as alternative therapy  If you have a piece and it doesn't work at least you've tried :shifty: ;)

I'm no Doctor, but it makes sense to me to just keep on trying ..... if, say, chocolate cake didn't work, try fruit cake ... if that didn't work, try walnut cake and so on ..... (I think I missed my calling!!)

Excellent - a compliant patient! What more can your physio ask of you? ;) Its amazing how we all endorse the cake eating so there must be some truth in it :shifty:

Good morning everyone and good luck Biggins with the weigh in o/ Hope our 2 delightful ladies with problems with their feet are OK this morning. Hope that Clarebarr has recovered from her needles, Rawr_xoxo is enjoying the Gym, havingascreen and Preston are being good and I hear that MrG is going to be playing squash this Saturday and not doing the kangaroo dance.

Menu of the day:
Porridge (300 calories)
Large ham salad sandwich and a yoghurt (400 calories)
Chicken with tomato and basil (200 calories) Need to decide what to put with it for 300 calories or less.

I will either do my full dvd or the shortened version with ripcords depending on time; I'm working 8 until 6 and then have to go to the library to print out as my printer has gone again!! :wall: then visit my mother plus eat and an early night is required ready for my early morning start tomorrow.

Have a fun day everyone and be good o/

No weight lost this week but hardly surprising after all the carbs and calories I have eaten this week! Pleased I hadn't put anything on so the walking and swimming have helped with that. Off again to the outdoor pool this morning and a walk this afternoon.

Working full time next week at the Uni so will not have time to go swimming but I am not invigilating so will be on the go all day going round the teaching rooms so hopefully that will be enough exercise. :cross:

Have a brilliant day everyone.
