The treatment I've chosen is "Cake", Diane, and that's all there is to be said about the matter! ;)

I can't argue with that one as it is a cure all treatment ;)

Good luck with your weigh in today Biggins o/ Hope that everyone else is feeling good and that you're not too sore today Preston and as jojojoanne says take your cake with you when you get yourself checked out.

Menu of the day:
Smoothie with a banana and strawberries (300 calories)
6 Jacobs savours with pate and cucumber followed by a weight watchers yoghurt (300 calories)
4 Belvita biscuits (220 calories) I know its not ideal but I'm working until 6, then picking up my skirts from the dressmaker and going to the Theatre at 7.30pm - its an amateur dramatic production http://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j& ... 1ptzETPTpw(my friend won the tickets and is now going away hence I'm going with daughter - sometimes they are good other times not hence wouldn't inflict it on a friend  ) so will eat these at the interval.

It will have to be a rest day as no time.

Have a fun day everyone and KTfab I hope you realise that we are a force to be reckoned with throughout the UK and if those 2 idiots think that they are going to upset you they obviously don't know that they have us to contend with!!

Sorry to hear about your fall Preston and hope you recover soon and get back on the bike. It shakes you up when you get a fall and as Diane said you should get it looked at to make sure you are okay.

Pleased to report lost a pound this week!! :D That's because I've not had all the sandwiches that I had for lunch last week. Pouring rain here again today but going swimming probably not in the outdoor pool as I hate the cold rain on my back. :(

Have a good day everyone and keep up the good work KTfab. o/

Feeling sooo fat as I've been home with a cold for three days, doing nothing but sleeping, watching tv, eating.
Today:
- bowl of cereals + tea with honey
- tomato soup with croutons, and too much courgette & parmesan cake.
Tonight? No idea. Savory cake?

I want someone to massage my back and feed me.

Rawr_xoxo it was your birthday so its only right that you celebrated but you're back in the right frame of mind now so have fun. Octopus if you're poorly you need to eat to get better and I'll try and find someone to feed you and massage your back - no idea where to find that type of service but I will give it my best shot. When you have finished with them please can you send them up to Newcastle to sort out Preston's shoulder, back down south to sort out Valda's foot and Ejwrank's ankle plus ClareBarr might need some relaxing massage as she wasn't too well and their final job could be sorting out those to idiots who upset KTfab. If they are handsome I'm sure that Biggins, Andrews, havingascreen and myself wouldn't mind a nice shoulder massage or if it's a Kate Winslet lookalike MrGlass will be available. My goodness they are going to be so busy :shifty:

It's treat day today:
4 Belvita biscuits and a weight watchers yoghurt (300 calories)
Garlic sausage salad sandwich and 2 kiwi (400 calories)
Baked Camembert, chutney, big salad and multiseeded bread (700-800 calories as now sharing)
Baked apple stuffed with raisins and cinnamon plus a small scoop of ice cream (150 calories)

I will do my exercise DVD later. Off to do a bit of work as mega skint as DD has been given 9 weeks notice to get £750 for a trip to New York with college 8O , I would never have booked all my weekends away and holidays if I had known but obviously it was meant to be :shifty: I'm not pleading poverty as have savings but they are fixed just moaning about lack of notice so I will have to be good in between all my trips so any frugal tips will be appreciated.

Have a fun day everyone o/
