A few of the guys in my band are flying out to New Zealand this week for the next 2 months to do the visual FX on the hobbit film. Sounds like they getting as many VFX guys out there to get it finished in time!

Empire magazine will have 5 different 3D lenticular Hobbit covers for the December issue, how neat! And subscribers will get their own 3D lenticular cover (the best one in my eyes) plus a seperate normal one. Would love a Bilbo or Gollum one :mrgreen:

I've heard they're going to release an extended Director's cut of this that lasts the whole length of the journey to New Zealand!! :D
